At the moment my favorite clubs in this set is the putter, PW, 5-iron and FW. Maybe those are my favorite because I have the most consistent results with them. Now to the point, the FW is the most forgiving wood I have ever used. The Putter, well I loved it the moment I was able to use it on the green... I look forward to getting to the green just so I can pull this baby out. Love the way it taps and it balances GREAT!!! This is not your typical putter. You will love the way it feels when it hits the ball. Trust me on this one. The PW performs very well. When I'm not using my 5-iron I go straight for the Pitching Wedge (but that could be that I am still learning how to position myself for the other irons).
The bag the clubs came in are already setting up the standards for what my future bag should have. The Driver, 4H and FW all had covers for them. The bag has a towel ring and plenty of storage space. I like the tee holster on the side of the bag as well as it is convenient. Additionally, the Bag Stand is activated when you tilt the bag forward...Very Nice...
I can see myself using this set of clubs for a good while. Today I played on the course with 3 of my buddies and all of them have been playing for years and have commented on how much better I am playing with these clubs than the rental sets. And for the price I paid for it I don't think I could have done better. I am happy with this set of clubs and its making my golf learning experience all the more enjoyable.
Thanks to Wilson for manufacturing such a great beginner (to intermediate maybe) set of clubs. The image is accurate for this set of clubs, but unfortunately they don't show all the clubs in the set. But you can Google another site for these same exact clubs and they have more images that you can check out.
Kudos to Amazon for shipping the product fast. I only requested standard delivery and my clubs arrived the next day!!! But that could be since it was shipped out of Pennsylvania to Washington DC. So its not that far away. It was shipped in the original Wilson box. Everything in the package was wrapped and protected during shipment.

Golf Irons Set Review
There's a set of irons that's just right for you. There is no doubting that the most essential and basic part of any golfers game is their iron play. The iron is truly the staple of your bag. The ability to control and shape your iron shots is what will define your game. Its great to be a good driver of the ball, but unless you find the greens from your positions, it will all be in vain.

Wilson Staff Di9 Men's Iron Set (5-PW, AW, SW)
I don't write many reviews so when I do the product is exceptional. Wilson got it right with this set of irons. First of all they just look professional and they set up very nice. The top line is not to thick and the off-set is just right. The shaft is a True Temper Superlite TX99 uniflex (Fat-Shaft) which is right on the money for me. I have been playing with stiff shafts for years and the only reason I went with the uniflex is because I couldn't find a stiff set in left hand and boy am I happy I couldn't find a stiff set. The grip is also very nice, better than most of the other top names.
When I put these irons in my bag I didn't want to hit them because they look so good. I din't want to scratch them.lol. The first trip to the range blew me away. The ball just explodes off of the club face with a very soft feel, even my heavy and thin shots got good distance, much better than any other club I have hit in the past and I have played them all. My ball flight was high, straight, and long with every iron. Did I mention straight? wow these irons just want to go straight, where you aim is where they go. These clubs do have strong lofts by design but they are still very long. I normally average about 115 yards with my pitching wedge and I was hitting the Di9 125 yards every time. I also hit my normal 9 iron about 125-130 Yards and I was hitting the Di9 nine iron 135-140 and I wasn't trying to kill the ball. Another neat design feature is that the di9's were designed for more forgiveness on toe shots were most of us tend to hit the ball if we are off center. Way to go Wilson!!
The other neat thing with these irons is the set make-up. The set comes with a Gap, approach, and pitching wedge and only have a 3.5* difference between clubs so there is no big gap difference between any iron. If you have a chance to demo a set of di9's you will buy them. I am going to buy a second set and I now know the uniflex shaft will serve me well for a long time.

Intech Lancer Junior Golf Club Set
We bought the older version of this set for our 8 year old who is just getting into golf. We've only had the clubs for a week, but he's played with them and they appear to be a very nice beginner set.
These sets are currently on sale through this link on Amazon
We were also surprised that the bag is a nice quality one that looks like it will hold up and the set comes with covers for the drivers. The only minor complaint is that the clubs are a bit heavy but they're right for the price.

Callaway X-22 8-Club Iron Set (4-Iron to Sand Wedge)
These irons replace an older set of Callaway Big Bertha irons that I have used for years. My older irons were comfortable, and I was unsure about changing to something different. These golf irons set were an immediate massive improvement. I am an average golfer, and suddenly my iron shots were straighter, longer and more consistent. These have a larger sweet spot and as a result more of my iron shots go where I intend them to go. These have taken 4 to 5 shots off my round and greatly reduced my frustration level. My regular golfing companions have noticed the improvement, too. Price at Amazon was awesome. Highly recommended.

TaylorMade Burner Plus Irons 4-AW
Having struggled with blades for over thirty years, I was encouraged by a low-handicapped partner to give these Burners a try. They're affordable and, if I may add, sharp-looking. I took them right to the course and found them consistently hitting to full length and straight, so much so that I had to be much more careful in target selection. That is, with my blades, I was shooting at a target the size of a green, perhaps offset left or right to avoid hazards. With my Burners, my target size is a quarter of a green, and I pick my line based on where I want to leave my ball. My biggest challenge now is shaping shots. I was in trouble so much with my blades that I learned to bend around obstacles like trees. The Burners are much harder to shape. But, then, is that such a terrible problem when the ball flies so true most of the time?

Callaway Golf 2010 Men's X-20 NG Irons (Right Hand, Steel)
I have played with my new x20s for about 3 weeks and they are great thus far. It took me no time to get used to them after replacing my 10 to 15 year old TaylorMade LCGs. I am getting about the same distance and my ball flight is a little higher on my long irons. This is something I always wanted and I think it is due to uniflex shaft.

When I read reviews, some reviews stated that uniflex gives you a higher ball flight. I did not really believe that, but it does. My old irons contained regular shafts. The shaft was one of my concerns before I purchased these irons. I requested regular shafts which the company did not send because of the great price. The regular shafts were about $55 more than the uniflex. I am enjoying my uniflex shafts and my new x20s.

Top-Flite XL 13-Piece Complete Golf Club Set
Really great value for the money! I'm a beginner, so I had no intention of investing in an expensive set until I got the hang of the game. The clubs are perfectly weighted and I love the oversized driver head!!
UPDATE: These golf sets are currently on sale through this link on Amazon
Bag comes with a driver, 3 wood, 4&5 hybrid, 6-7-8-9 iron, pitching wedge and a putter. That accounts for 10 pieces of the "13-piece set" with the remaining 3 being the bag and 2 head covers. Not to gripe too much about that last detail (because I did get what I ordered!), but I would have gladly foregone the "covers" for a sand wedge or even a lower iron like a 3 or a 5!
Overall, a great buy if you're a beginner.
